Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
